NO REFUNDS.  Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped.  In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition and packaging that it was received in.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  For information feel free to email us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long before I receive my order? Shipping time on orders is typically 7 to 10 business days from the time the order is processed. Payment processing time can take 3 to 4 business days. PLEASE BE ADVISED SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER DURING SALES

How much hair will I need? We suggest for lengths 14"-16" two or more bundles, lengths 18"-24" three or more, and lengths 26"-30" four or more bundles.

Can I color/dye my bundles? Yes, this is 100% virgin human hair.  We suggest consulting with a licensed professional.

How long does the hair last? Our hair can last a year or more with proper care.
